• Proactively sourcing and attracting candidates through applications, job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Building strong relationships with candidates to understand their goals and match them to opportunities.
• Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring all compliance checks are completed to the highest standards.
• Working closely with internal teams to meet client demands and deliver exceptional service.
• Hitting daily and weekly KPIs with confidence and energy.
