Overview

University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking to appoint a Campus Manager to lead the facilities management operations at East Bank Campus, home to London College of Fashion.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of facilities management, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and building services, at East Bank Campus.
  • Oversee directly employed facilities staff and contracted service providers to ensure high-quality, customer-focused delivery that meets health and safety requirements and supports UAL's strategic goals.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure services meet campus needs, drive improvements, ensure compliance, and develop best-practice policies.
  • Support campus projects, contribute to business continuity planning, and lead the facilities management (FM) response to on-site incidents.
Qualifications and experience
  • Exceptional knowledge and a strong track record in delivering and leading best-in-class facilities management services, particularly within dynamic, high-footfall and multisite environments.
  • Adept at building relationships with senior stakeholders with a customer-centric, proactive, and solution-oriented approach; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; inspirational leader capable of motivating teams and upholding the highest standards.
  • Deep understanding of health and safety, building compliance, budget management, and project delivery.
