Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Campaigns Advisor to play a key role in communicating and engaging with customers, colleagues and stakeholders about the company’s key messages and to influence behavioural change.

Where you’d work

Bradford/Hybrid Working – a mix of working from home and in the office at Bradford.

Work type

Permanent role, working full time, 37 hours per week. Primarily working Monday – Friday between a working window of 8:00am-6:00pm. Although we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, it’s important to us that we support flexible working patterns and job share options (when we can), to help you make the best of both your work and home life.

Role purpose

New environmental legislation, unprecedented levels of investment and changing expectations from customers means that this is an exciting time to discover opportunities within the water industry. You’ll work in the Brand and Marketing team reporting to our Lead Campaigns Advisor where you’ll be responsible for the effective delivery of campaign activity across all audiences. You’ll work with your peers, the lead advisor and manager to develop strategies and campaign plans that will deliver customer and colleague campaigns to meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver campaign activity across all audiences, developing strategies and campaign plans to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally to drive deadlines, budgets and objectives.
  • Recommend campaign strategy, behaviour change models, channel selection and creative execution.
  • Collaborate with in-house brand team and external creative agencies to deliver meaningful content and experiences.
  • Report on campaign performance and KPIs, coordinating with external agencies to optimize campaigns.
  • Translate campaign reports into meaningful insights for colleagues who may not be familiar with marketing jargon.
  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns, prioritising workload and maintaining excellent organisation.
  • Contribute a creative flair to communicate messages effectively.
What skills & qualifications we’re looking for
  • Significant marketing, brand and communication experience
  • Experience in similar communications roles
  • Experience working with creative and print agencies
  • Knowledge of channels and using them to target audiences based on customer insight
  • Strong project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Great team player with the ability to bring people together
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships with strong influencing skills
  • Creative skills for campaign and brand development with attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation, proactive and decisive with initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; ability to implement branding
  • Degree desirable and/or professional qualification (CIM or CIPR)
  • Experience designing branded templates and collateral following brand guidelines is advantageous
  • Excellent reporting and data analysis skills; proficient in reporting platforms such as Power BI is advantageous
