A Vacancy at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust.
Are you passionate about working with children and young people and interested in CAMHS Acute Liaison Services? Would you like to be part of shaping a brand-new service that supports children and young people in crisis at the front door of care in the Children’s Accident and Emergency Department at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW).
We currently have a 12-month fixed-term/secondment vacancy for a Band 6 Clinical Practitioner to join the RISE Crisis Acute Liaison Team based within the A&E department at UHCW during this pilot service period. We are seeking clinicians with CAMHS crisis/acute experience who are motivated to make a real difference.
As a Clinical Practitioner within the RISE urgent care umbrella, you will assess children and young people referred to the service, collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure coordinated, holistic, and effective care pathways.

The service received an overall rating of Good by the CQC and an Outstanding for care and compassion, which we are rightly proud. We have also been recognised locally and nationally by receiving awards for the services we provide.
