A healthcare organization in Shotton is seeking a full-time Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner to join their East CAMHS Eating Disorder Pathway. The role involves providing evidence-based interventions to young people and families, managing referrals, and participating in multidisciplinary meetings. Candidates must have relevant clinical experience and knowledge of eating disorder assessments. A relocation package is available. Strong communication skills are required, and the ability to speak Welsh is desirable. Training and supervision will be provided.
Flintshire and Wrexham CAMHS are excited to advertise a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner post to join our East CAMHS Eating Disorder Pathway (SPEED). This is a full‑time, permanent post, and a relocation package is available.
East CAMHS provides a 0‑18 service to children, young people and families, offering early intervention and prevention, unscheduled care and a broad range of NICE‑recommended and evidence‑based interventions.
Clinicians involved in the SPEED pathway form a multidisciplinary team of Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, Family Therapy, CAMHS Practitioners and Dietetics, with strong links to Paediatrics under a hub‑and‑spoke model.
Appropriate training will be provided to support the successful candidate, and regular clinical supervision will be offered.
