As per ABUHB policies we would be open to considering flexi hours working and negotiable to part time hours for the right candidate.
To have the necessary interpersonal skills to develop a therapeutic alliance with emotionally distressed young people and their families/carers. To have the necessary professionalism to provide containment to concerned professionals outside of service. To provide a responsive and equitable service to young people experiencing a mental health crisis requiring specialist intensive support mainly in the community or inpatient settings. To be competent in identifying Safeguarding concerns and make appropriate referrals. To participate in a range of multi‑disciplinary discussions and care planning with other professionals. To maintain effective electronic systems for recording, reporting and distributing clinical information.
