Clinical Manager – Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services

An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to NHS Forth Valley CAMHS and Paediatrics within Women and Children’s Directorate.

  1. Provide leadership within CAMHS focusing on clinical coordination of the patient journey.
  2. Assure all aspects of care delivery, manage referrals and implement CAPA framework.
  3. Drive continuous improvement, patient‑centred care, clinical governance, staff support and wellbeing.

Applicants should have experience leading change in a multi‑disciplinary environment, collaborative senior leadership, excellent communication, analytical skills and ability to manage budgetary resources and meet national targets.

Location

The post will be based across the Forth Valley Board area.
