Job Title: Call Centre Agent

Location: Harlow

Salary: £23, plus performance-related bonus's

Hours: Monday to Friday, shift patterns of 8am to 4pm or 10am to 6pm

Responsibilities
  • Process inbound calls and provide exceptional service
  • Collect overdue debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure compliance with client criteria
  • Identify any instances of vulnerability and take appropriate actions
  • Liaise with other departments and field staff as necessary
  • Conduct outbound calls
  • Update system with accurate call notes and complete associated actionsHandle account queries and verbal complaints, escalating complex cases to senior staff
  • Follow established collections processes and procedures
  • Assist with any duties as directed by a Team Leader or Manager
