A healthcare organization in Ashton-under-Lyne is seeking a CAFM & Estate Information Systems Manager to enhance existing systems and manage operations. This role requires specialist knowledge of CAFM/CAD systems along with experience in a healthcare environment. The position offers flexible working, competitive benefits, and a fixed-term contract of 24 months, supporting critical operations in a community-focused environment.

The Estate team is looking to develop further its existing CAFM, CAD and Estates Information systems to underpin the delivery of services going forward and to effectively manage all required building information. The management of these systems and the ability to demonstrate compliance regarding the many Regulations and Statutes is vital.
The Retained Estates Services requires a subject matter expert in CAFM and CAD systems to manage the day-to-day operations of the system and to support the delivery of Operational Maintenance planned and reactive workstreams and Minor Works projects. Using the skills that you have you will act as systems administrator and will oversee these systems, developing your knowledge and experience to provide a fit for purpose targeted management & compliance CAFM support and CAD service to the team using a range of systems.
