A leading facilities management company in the UK is seeking a CAFM Data Administrator to ensure accurate data management within their CAFM system. Responsibilities include setting up new buildings, maintaining data accuracy, and conducting analysis. The ideal candidate should have experience with CAFM software and strong skills in data manipulation and reporting using tools like Excel. This is a full-time permanent position based in Glasgow and Stirling with a supportive and inclusive working environment.

As a CAFM Data & Compliance Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in data analytics maintaining and improving the quality of information within our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, Using MRI Concept Evolution. You will work closely with operational management teams to ensure contract, building, and asset data is accurate, complete, and compliant with statutory and contractual requirements.
You will support the delivery of planned maintenance by ensuring schedules are correctly configured, data standards are upheld, and compliance-related information is consistently monitored and updated. The role requires strong data management capability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to support the efficient and compliant operation of our facilities management services.
