Responsibilities

  • Supervise a cafe team and create a positive environment.
  • Be a responsible key holder.
  • Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties.
  • Produce weekly rotas following manager's guidelines.
  • Place orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
  • Delegate where necessary and ensure team proactive.
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As a Café Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work.
