Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies and minimise waste.
• Oversee cash handling, reconcile daily takings and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Support promotional activities and contribute to sales growth.

Skills

Barista training or experience in coffee preparation

Food Safety Level 2 certification
