Overview

Customers visit our café for all sorts of reasons. Whether it's a hearty breakfast to kickstart their day, or a quick pick-me-up for those on their way, we're here to provide great service, no matter the order. As a member of our Front of House team, you will contribute to making every day better through dedication to excellent service and an understanding of health and safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Serving customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
  • Resolving customer complaints and relaying information to the Café Manager.
  • Maintaining food freshness by following first in, first out (FIFO) stock rotation.
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
  • Accepting deliveries and handling the safe storage of food.
  • Being aware of (and following) all operational policies and procedures.
  • Clearing and sanitising tables so our café stays clean.
  • Making sure we maintain our standards and all food products are available.
  • Staying up-to-date with business communications and exciting new initiatives.
  • Knowing our café’s menu inside out and serving food as intended.
  • Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety standards.
  • The ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean environment.
