The Opportunity...

We have an exciting role as an Store Manager at our Byredo Selfridges Trafford Counter. The working schedule is based on 5 days a week, (37.5 hours), Monday - Sunday inclusive. A Byredo Store Manager achieves sales targets whilst promoting Puig brands by delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipate their needs and exceeding their expectations. Your Account will have 1 brand ambassador that will report into you. You will be accountable for achieving retail targets, whilst promoting (Byredo/ Puig Brands), delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations. As the Account Manager, you will increase the brand awareness and build customers loyalty, whilst maintaining the Puig retail excellence standards and those of the store group retailer you will be working in.

We'd love to meet you if you have...

• Previous experience in an Account Manager/ Business Manager/ Key Holder, Assistant store manager role
• Previous experience within the fragrance, beauty, fashion or luxury industry
• A positive mindset to allow for short notice changes of working schedules and flexibility to quickly adapt to a new working schedule is very important
• The ability to quickly adapt to working with different promotions, product launched or activity unique to that store
• The flexibility to adapt to working with the store team and on your own, you must be self‑sufficient and motivated to work alone and be able to priority your workload
