• Proven indirect procurement experience, ideally within IT, Technology or Professional Services.
• Strong background in tendering, supplier selection and negotiation.
• Knowledge of contract law and commercial agreements.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business areas.
• Willingness to travel to group sites and supplier premises as required.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing as Buyer at Burton Security:

• Leading sourcing activities across categories including Energy, Technology, Consumables, Materials, Marketing, Professional Services, Property, Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Driving cost-saving initiatives and identifying opportunities for supplier consolidation.
• Managing supplier relationships and supporting contract negotiation and contract database updates.
• Extracting and analysing purchasing data to identify value-driven improvements.
• Overseeing GNFR purchasing activity, raising POs and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

We're looking for a Buyer with:

• Proven indirect procurement experience, ideally within IT, Technology or Professional Services categories.
• Strong background in tendering, supplier selection and negotiation.
• Knowledge of contract law and commercial agreements.
