Overview

The Buyer supports the business across a range of goods and services to support the Senior Buyers and Category Managers with a competitive and resilient supply base. There is a key focus on cost, value, driving down lead times, on time delivery, inventory and quality management performance and developing innovative supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Work across a variety of categories.
  • Communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Deliver cost savings and service enhancements through effective Category Management.

  • CIPS qualified or hold another relevant qualification.
