Were looking for a proactive and versatile Buyer to join our team someone whos excited by challenge motivated by improvement and eager to add real value to our business.

In this role youll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external to optimise how we manage costs improve processes and support long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading price and contract negotiations across key goods and services
• Researching and identifying opportunities to improve quality delivery and cost
• Developing innovative ideas and strategies to boost operational efficiency
• Monitoring and maintaining strong supplier performance
• Creating tracking and reporting on KPIs
• Managing supplier resourcing for critical production spares and consumables
• Working independently with autonomy and confidence

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a buying or procurement role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong background in contract and supplier management
• Confident computer skills Excel and Word essential
• Experience with Navision or Business Central is desired (but not essential)
• Excellent communication relationship-building and teamwork skills
• A self-starter with the drive to take ownership and deliver results
