A leading food wholesaler in Enfield is looking for a Butchery Manager to support the Branch Manager in achieving the best service levels. This position involves managing butchery operations, ensuring compliance with health standards, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in team management and experience in butchery operations. You will support the Branch Manager to ensure that the Service from your Hub is best in class. You will manage a department which is Health, Safe and Legal at all times, maximising efficiency, availability and delivering great service to our customer.
This role gives you the flexibility to run a butchery business without the financial risk. We want someone who has good product knowledge of all meat proteins, who is self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
