Employer: Indian Frootland and Tandoori Grill Meat Shop. Location: 1465 Mayfield Road Brampton, ON L7A 5G6. Job type: Permanent, full time. Start date: as soon as possible. Salary: $36.00 hourly, 30 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
• Wrap and package prepared meats
• Remove bones from meat
• Weigh meats for sale
• Cut poultry into parts
• Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
• Sell meats to customers
• Cut fish into steaks and fillets
• Supervise other butchers, meat cutters and fishmongers
• Grind meats
• Train meat cutters
• Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
• Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
• Prepare special orders

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

7 months to less than 1 year
