Salary: £62,310 - £76,150 + £3,000 London Weighting + Car + Bonus

As Business Unit Controller, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing bold growth strategies with our London Hub Team. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll inspire, guide, and empower a high‑performing team of Business Development Managers to deliver our DVAA ambition and P&Ls across Luxury Independent Free Trade, MSO/Groups, RTM, Specialists, and Luxury Retail. Your mission: to drive The Dalmore’s long‑term success through our 5‑year growth plan, while building capability and momentum within this exciting new hub.
