Job summary

Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, managing stakeholders, and supporting development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key tasks include analysing processes, resolving user issues, and ensuring effective collaboration. Requires experience in business analysis methodologies, AGILE, and strong organisational, communication, and customer-focused skills. Azure DevOps and Jira experience desirable.

This role ensures business requirements are effectively analysed and documented throughout the project lifecycle. It involves stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and producing clear functional specifications.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Creating an approachable environment for internal teams to share ideas and challenges.
  • Participating in regular stand-ups and provide updates on analysis activities.
  • Supporting development teams with queries related to functional specifications.
  • Collaborating with analysts and developers to resolve user issues.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and end users to drive engagement and buy-in.
  • Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements using recognised methodologies.
  • Working with internal teams and external partners to scope, implement, test, and deploy solutions.
  • Assisting with training and reference materials for new processes and systems.
  • Providing post go-live support for business systems.
  • Managing small-scale projects from initiation to completion.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in business analysis and design methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN).
  • Working knowledge of AGILE practices.
  • Industry experience and familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent organisational and written communication skills.
