Overview

We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to provide proactive and reliable support to four Major Area Leads in CEG EMEA. The position will involve a mix of responsibilities, including light calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and assisting with special projects. Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to four Area Vice Presidents, ensuring smooth coordination and organisation.
  • Assist with light calendar management, including scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • Arrange travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and preparing itineraries.
  • Process and track expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Partner with the Executive Assistant of CEG EMEA on special projects, gaining exposure to a variety of business initiatives.
  • Act as a first point of contact for queries, helping to direct and prioritise requests.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks to keep projects and operations moving efficiently.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and bring fresh perspectives to the team.
Qualifications
  • AI Integration: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
