Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Handle front-line communications: emails, calls, inquiries, and ticketing.
- Support onboarding, training logistics, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and knowledge bases; ensure data accuracy.
- Process routine transactions (invoicing, payments, purchase orders) and assist with budgeting accuracy.
- Coordinate facilities, equipment, and IT access as needed.
- Produce routine reports, metrics, and performance dashboards.
- Assist with project support tasks, including creating presentations and meeting materials.
