About the role

Are you highly organised, detail‑oriented and passionate about making a difference? Join our dedicated Children’s Social Care teams and play a vital role in supporting services that help children, young people and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide essential administrative support to social work professionals.
  • Accurately input, update and retrieve data using the Liquid Logic system.
  • Manage key financial tasks, including petty cash, regular payments, Leaving Care Grants and applying Finance Policy.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with statutory procedures, legislation and corporate standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong IT skills and experience with developed systems.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexibly, manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and high professional standards.
  • 3 GCSE passes (4 to 9 or equivalent), including Mathematics and English Language, and/or Level 2 in Business and Administration (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a similar role covering a broad range of support tasks and procedures.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and financial transactions.
