We’re looking for three full-time Business Support Assistants to help our frontline practitioners deliver the best outcomes for residents across Cornwall.

From managing records and correspondence to coordinating meetings and ensuring smooth communication with service users and partners—you’ll be at the heart of it all!

Successful applicants will work as part of a team, supporting the residents of Cornwall across the county through the delivery of high-quality business support services. Duties will involve a range of tasks including the monitoring of admin mailboxes, distribution of correspondence and reports, records management, meeting administration and detailed recording of complex meetings within strict timescales, financial transactions and input of information to the Case Management System.
