Rowleys is an independent accountancy firm working across the East Midlands, with our office based in Leicester, near Junction 21 of the M1. Job Title: Business Support Administrator
Location: LE19
Hours: Minimum of 30 Hours Per Week – (Tuesday & Thursday are set days)

We are a well‑established and forward‑thinking accountancy firm looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional environment and takes pride in supporting the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

  • Providing administrative support to partners, managers, and wider team
  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Organising meetings, managing diaries, and booking appointments
  • Maintaining and updating client records and internal databases
  • Assisting with onboarding of new clients and maintaining compliance documentation
  • Supporting with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading
  • Liaising with clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Updating our website as and when required.
  • Posting updates on social media.
  • Assisting with marketing admin and the organisation of events.
  • General admin duties which will include scanning, photocopying and other ad‑hoc admin duties

What we are Looking For:

  • Minimum of two years previous experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in a professional services environment is a plus)
  • A team player with a can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Provide cover for team members in their absence
