Overview

Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent service? bpha is looking for a dedicated Business Support Administrator to join our team and help us provide outstanding business and facilities support to all our employees.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and deliveries at our office.
  • Ensure smooth office operations: manage correspondence, set up meeting rooms, and keep our facilities running efficiently.
  • Support contract management and central purchasing, maintaining essential stocks and liaising with suppliers.
  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with our procedures.
  • Coordinate document management and support data subject access requests (DSARs).
  • Deliver a customer-focused service, responding to requests and solving problems with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks, including some lifting and moving of office equipment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to service delivery.
