Responsibilities

In summary, the BSA is responsible for the following:

• Elicit and translate client requirements
• Develop and maintain customer design documentation
• Coach and mentor consultants on executing project design
• Maintain/share implementation and design best practices knowledge base
• Cross functional project work
• Product Planning
• Customer advocate to product management group
• Involved in functional specification review
• Marketing
• Sharing industry vertical knowledge
• Development of solution offers, based on non-core business problems
• Professional Services
• Support Sales Engineers, in POC activities

Qualifications

Educational and typical years experience needed for this role.

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years' experience in a business or technical consulting role
• 3+ years' experience in a complex software environment
• Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statement preparation
• Working knowledge and experience in corporate budgeting and forecasting processes
• Strong business analysis experience including requirements eliciting and analysis as well as working knowledge of BABOK
• Practical experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2000/05/08 and Analysis Services 2000/05/08
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational ability is required as the candidate will be required to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must be able to travel to the United States
