My client is a fast-growing UK accountancy practice seeking a talented Business Services Assistant Manager to join our expanding team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, hands‑on professional to take ownership of a diverse portfolio and help shape the development of our clients and team.

About the Role

As Business Services Assistant Manager (London), you will:

  • Work on the affairs of our largest and most complex clients, as well as smaller businesses.
  • Provide a full range of business management services, including accounts preparation, corporate and personal tax advice, and general financial guidance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of trainees, supporting their professional development at various stages of their ACA / ACCA studies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service, practical advice, and proactive support.
About You

They are looking for a candidate who:

  • Is ideally two years post-qualified (ACA / ACCA).
  • Has practical tax knowledge and hands‑on experience advising clients.
  • Has experience in the music or creative industries (or equivalent dynamic sectors).
  • Enjoys mentoring and developing trainees, balancing technical work with people management.
