A leading engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Business Services Administrator to join their Barnstaple site. The role involves managing the email inbox for work requests, ensuring timely actions, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills and proficiency in MS Office. Business Services Administrator will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role requires being onsite 4 days a week.
The salary for this role is up to £25k, depending on experience.
You’ll monitor and action the work package email inbox, working with key stakeholders to ensure requests are dealt with promptly and accurately. You’ll ensure items that require scanning are scanned in good time and filed accurately, and support the operations business functions and Project teams, including Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), Security and Production.
You’ll provide cover for the Barnstaple reception (covering holidays and other absence), provide admin support for other parts of the business as and when possible. This work will be issued by the administrator receptionist team leader.
