A healthcare services provider in the UK is seeking a Business Psychologist to join their team. This role requires expertise in neurodiversity assessments and will involve producing detailed management reports and working as part of a multidisciplinary team. The position is home-based with occasional travel to conduct workplace needs assessments. Suitable candidates should possess a Master’s degree in psychology and relevant memberships, alongside experience in workplace coaching and training. A competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (pro rata for part time) + mileage
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday 9am 5pm/0830am-1630pm/8am-4pm)

Due to significant business growth, we are looking for a Business Psychologist with experience working within occupational health to join our nationwide team. You will sit within our MH/MSK and neurodiversity division working as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will be home based with occasional travel to clinics and workplaces to complete workplace needs assessments.
As a Business Psychologist, you will be carrying out various neurodiversity assessments and providing our customers with a detailed management report explaining any strengths and challenges in the workplace along with specific recommendations and advice to ensure employees receive the support they require to contribute to a productive and engaged workforce for our customers.
