Are you driven to optimise and innovate in the energy sector? Scottish Power is seeking a dedicated professional to spearhead our back office operations for the SMART Energy solutions world. Take the helm in driving process improvements, resolving system issues and managing a BPO team dedicated to process exceptions. Be part of a team that's powering change!

Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement Pioneer: Analyse existing back-office processes to identify and implement enhancements. Lead initiatives that streamline operations and elevate our SMART Energy solutions business.
  • Issue Analysis Expert: Scrutinise our systems to pinpoint weaknesses and develop solutions. Your analytical skills will be key in fortifying our back office infrastructure.
  • Stakeholder Management: Support Head of BPO in efforts to manage business stakeholders. Manage working relationships with key business from other areas (Customer Service Regulation Sales COE etc. Deputise for the Operations Manager as required).
  • Quality Management: Definition and implementation of KPI to monitor the processes and improve the customer service. This includes the KPI set up to BPO providers.
  • BPO Team Leader: Direct a team of BPO specialists in addressing and resolving process-related exceptions. Your leadership will ensure smooth and efficient back office operations.
  • Strategic Problem Solver: Tackle challenges head‑on with a strategic approach. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a robust and error‑free back office environment.

Minimum Criteria
  • Proficient in Power BI, Python & SQL as well as SAP & MS Office.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in operations processes management.
