We're looking for a qualified Finance Business Partner to join our Exeter-based team. This is a key role supporting decision-making through insightful financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce monthly management accounts (accruals, prepayments, journals, variance analysis).

Provide financial insight and performance analysis to senior managers.

Develop and present high-quality financial reports for operational teams.

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with operations.

Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and capital reporting.

What You'll Need:

Full or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).

Strong management accounting and Excel skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Proven ability to deliver accurate, timely financial insights.
