Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing B2B customers
  • Be responsible for the running of the entire business, including full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, driving sales, marketing, logistics and purchasing
  • Ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to develop company performance and revenue

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Be either a proven manager with P&L responsibility, or a high-performing salesperson ready to step up into a leadership role
  • Have experience within a wholesale and distribution environment (e.g. electrical, mechanical, HVAC, manufacturing, builder's merchant etc.)
  • Be commercially aware, sales-driven, and a strong relationship-builder
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
