Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales for a full suite of advanced security and entrance solutions across London, the South East, and beyond.
- Build and nurture key relationships with architects, consultants, main contractors, system integrators, and end users.
- Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and turning complex requirements into tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Influence specifications and guide projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery through contractors and integrators.
- Maintain robust commercial discipline: safeguard profitability, manage margin performance, and mitigate financial or contractual risks.
- Champion data and reporting excellence: ensure pipelines, forecasts, and project tracking are accurate, up to date, and aligned with business goals.
- Contribute internally by sharing expertise, supporting colleagues, and helping drive continuous improvement across sales processes and systems.
- Negotiate and close deals with confidence, balancing technical expertise with commercial acumen.
What we're looking for
- A proven sales professional (3-5+ years) with success in specification-led, consultative selling.
- Experience in security products, entrance systems, or related sectors (e.g. aluminium systems, lifts, escalators).
- Strong technical and commercial awareness, ideally with a good grasp of construction principles.
- A persuasive communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Ambition, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset that thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Commercially astute, able to balance growth ambitions with governance and risk management.
- CAD knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE) + Bonus Scheme
