A leading financial services firm is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support data analysis and executive reporting. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Description

To support on, maintain and develop data and insight for the Business Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data analysis and governance
  • Executive report creation
  • Supporting with Investment Management Initiatives and Projects
  • Supporting Business Management in compliance, risk and audit activities
  • Business analysis in support of Investment Management
  • Action and Management
  • Adhoc administration
  • Diary management and support for the Head of Business Management
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to develop and maintain excellent internal and external relationships
  • Analytical and numerate
  • Highly organised
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively, particularly in a fast-paced team
  • Computer literate and advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and Word
  • Familiar with AI including the use of Microsoft Co‑pilot
  • GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths (grade C or above)
Advantageous
  • A minimum of 2 year’s financial services experience
  • Degree educated (grade 2:1 or above)
  • An interest in AI and how it can be used within Business Management
