Kennedys are looking for a Business Intelligence and Insights Manager to join our expanding Business Intelligence team currently located across Chelmsford & London.
The successful candidate will manage a team responsible for providing meaningful and actionable insight to aid client decision-making, and quantitative and qualitative analysis that addresses impactful business issues or questions.
They will deliver value through data, providing a range of scalable data products to various business units and clients which would help solve complex business challenges.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Business Intelligence, and will be paramount to establish and maintain strong working relationships with other team Managers and business stakeholders.
A mission of the Business Intelligence function is to identify and translate our data into actionable recommendations that will help Kennedys and our clients achieve its goal.
Team
Kennedys Business Intelligence team is responsible for delivering valued business intelligence to key clients and a senior internal audience.
The team is comprised of Reporting Analysts and Specialists, Business Analysts and Insight & Technical Analysts who monitor and report key metrics to demonstrate insights to the business.
Our Business Intelligence team forms part of our wider Finance team and is based in London and Chelmsford.
The Business Intelligence team consists of the three pillars: Client Reporting, Data Insights and Business Intelligence. To which the successful candidate would be responsible of the management, product delivery, growth and success of the latter two pillars.
