Working Hours, Location, Salary

Monday – Friday: 8 am – 4 pm (flexible) – One Saturday evening shift in 4 upon completion of training.

Location: Middlesbrough

Salary: £27,756 per annum

Job Purpose

The role is responsible for coordinating the administration and analysis of all company production reports.

Key Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Collect the weekly raw material and packaging information and compile a KPI dashboard.
  • Coordinate stats and data, produce a report to highlight any potential inefficiencies within the process.
  • Help to create a more accurate efficiency reporting system.
  • Run the payroll reports to check overtime and staff reporting issues.
  • Check run‑rates/templates and look to implement a target run‑rate system so that efficiency is reported to a target of 100 % – showing the real losses of line time and the effect on capacity.
  • Work with Payroll and the T&A system; identify long‑term agency workers who can be taken on permanently.
  • Assist in the creation of site‑based KPIs. Compile, analyse and present to site Operation teams – track trends and identify potential issues.
  • Identify missing stock – reconcile deliveries to production.
  • Record giveaways and waste and report on issues.
  • Run a work‑order report to see the production numbers for the day/week.
  • Create KPI dashboards to track efficiencies, raw materials and yields.
  • Attend weekly meetings with Site Management to explain trends within data analysis.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Must be a team player with willingness to help others.
  • Ideal role for a recent graduate or experienced administrator.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • An analytical mind with excellent numeracy skills and an excellent working knowledge of IT systems including Power BI and Excel.
  • Display a flexible approach to working hours.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent presentation skills – able to present information clearly and concisely to a wide range of colleagues, including senior management.
