A training organization based in Rochester is seeking a Business Engagement Consultant to drive employer engagement and support apprenticeship opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales techniques and negotiation skills, alongside experience engaging with employers. Responsibilities include targeting the local job market, maintaining employer relationships, and supporting recruitment. The role offers flexibility and a competitive salary range of £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
