Business Development & Training Lead
£30,000 to £35,000 dependant on experience plus commission
North Manchester - great links to M60, M62 and free car parking onsite
Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm - 35 hour working week
Office based and Client based
Must have access to your own car with business insurance as travel is essential in this role

I am recruiting for a training provider who are currently experiencing growth and need someone who can grow their offering through consultative sales and relationship building with clients predominantly in the education sector but can cover all industries.

This company specialise in training, data protection, consultancy, and security related services. They are passionate about scaling the business but not compromising on service which means they need support to do this successfully.

They have a passionate team culture where they all feel that they contribute positively each day and make a difference to the clients that they work with. They have a driven leader who truly believes in what they do and has a vision that will deliver. They now need someone to come in and promote their services on a national basis to increase their client base.

This would be a role where you would be following leads, calling new prospects, booking meetings, attending meetings, closing deals and then delivering training. There is so much scope to make the role your own and to implement new processes as it is a brand-new role within the company.

You would be working nationally so you would need to be flexible to travel, and you would manage your own diary accordingly. This role is all about being in front of the clients whether selling or delivering training so you need to be enthusiastic and driven with the ability to build rapport easily.

Ideally you will have delivered training previously but it is not essential as long as you have the desire to want to learn and develop in this area.

Due to the nature of this role you will need to undertake an enhanced DBS check, social media check and there will be travel to meet clients and potential other office locations so access to your own vehicle is essential.
