The role is uniquely positioned as our first outbound sales focused role, with an opportunity to add to our already forecast £27 million in revenue over the next two years, and a portfolio of over 850 complex projects. We are looking for a self-sufficient, driven Business Development / Senior Client Partner professional dedicated to joining our already rapidly scaling business.
As our Business Development Manager, you will be the engine of our growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities in both the public and private sectors, building strategic relationships with key procurement contacts, and driving revenue expansion. This is a hybrid hunter/farmer role. You will be out in the field generating new leads, but also nurturing existing partnerships to ensure we convert opportunities. You will work in a fast-paced environment, bridging the gap between external clients and our internal operations, finance, and marketing teams.
