I’m Georgii, co-founder and CEO of Gracia. We’re building our second startup together with the same small but very strong team (the first one was acquired in 2021). After two years of building the core tech, we’ve reached $1M ARR , closed our second funding round, and are now hiring to accelerate growth.
At Gracia we’re building the infrastructure for producing photorealistic volumetric videos using Gaussian splatting (4DGS). Our clients are professional creators in AR / VR and VFX / filmmaking industries.

Today, I personally handle business development, inbound clients, and curate most projects. This BD & Partnerships Director role is meant to take this over, run it hands‑on from day one, and later grow it into a proper team.
This is a key hire for our growth. You’ll work closely with the founders and help shape the 4DGS industry. As an early team member, there is potential for substantial equity — we want someone who grows with the company long‑term and builds this function from the ground up.
As we scale, you’ll hire and develop a small team around partnerships + delivery.
You’ll have a lot of freedom — we expect you to build processes and a team to achieve great results and become an industry standard together.
