Overview

As Business Development Manager - SaaS, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, building a solid pipeline of new business.

  • Connect with decision-makers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to spark interest and build lasting relationships.

  • Understand client needs and offer tailored, profitable solutions.

  • Pitch ideas internally and hand over to the delivery team once deals are set.

  • Keep the CRM up to date with leads, conversations, and opportunities.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that add real value for the client and the business.

  • Keep an eye on market trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.

  • Share customer feedback to help shape products and strategy.

  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking meetups.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in business development or similar role with a track record of success - Essential

  • Previous experiencing working within Transport, Logistics and/or Freight and an understanding of market trends and challenegs - Essential

  • Excellent Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decisions markers - Essential

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, scale-up environment where change is the norm - Essential

  • Previous experience within SaaS, B2B environment - Essential
