What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy to acquire new business from estate agents and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with estate agents, ensuring Simplify’s solutions are top of mind for their conveyancing and property service needs.
  • Drive sales growth by effectively negotiating and closing deals with new estate agency clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring Simplify remains a market leader.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in New Business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the estate agent, conveyancing, or property services sector.
  • A strong network within the estate agent industry, with the ability to identify opportunities and build meaningful relationships.
