A leading hospitality supplier in Scotland is looking for a Business Development Manager to oversee the East of Scotland area. The role involves targeting Pubs, Clubs, Bars, and Restaurants and managing accounts while working closely with senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate should have B2B sales experience and be ready to ensure continued growth within the market. A competitive salary of £30,000–40,000 along with bonuses and additional benefits will be offered.
A real success story within the Scottish hospitality sector. Their business has doubled in size each of the last three years. Their product range has significant competitive advantages against the competition and they now need a Business Development Manager who can continue their growth trend.
You will take responsibility for the East of Scotland area where you will target Pubs, Clubs, Bars, Restaurants and Hotels. They all use your products/services on a daily basis. Our client has a very high success rate when given the opportunity to pitch against any incumbent supplier. You will be given an existing account base to work from but the thrust of this role will be business development.
Day-to-day, you will be liaising with senior decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing a solution that is tailor-made for their requirements. When the account is won, you will keep it and manage it on an ongoing basis.
Any B2B sales experience will be considered. Its essential that you are prepared to work hard in return for a long-term career opportunity.
A basic salary of £30 40,000 is on offer along with a bonus scheme, company car or allowance and various other ancillary benefits.
