Overview

Our client, DNV21 LTD, based in Leicester, seeks an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to support its continued growth within the online sales and e-commerce sector. As the business expands its presence across Amazon and other digital platforms, this role will play a key part in driving sales performance, identifying new opportunities, and supporting long-term growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, organise, and conduct market research in line with the organisation’s marketing and sales objectives.
  2. Monitor, analyse, and optimise the sales performance of Amazon product listings across UK markets.
  3. Analyse pricing structures, advertising metrics, and conversion data to develop actionable, data-driven sales strategies.
  4. Coordinate product promotions, deal campaigns, and new product launch activities to maximise sales performance.
  5. Manage and optimise Amazon PPC advertising campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  6. Support the rollout of the company’s new e-commerce website by assisting with analytics, pricing strategies, and category planning.
  7. Research and identify new product categories and emerging market trends aligned with UK consumer demand.
  8. Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with UK and international suppliers and manufacturers.
  9. Conduct competitor analysis, including product listings, customer reviews, and pricing comparisons, to support effective product positioning and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate level or Master Degree in Business Management
  • Previous experience in Business Development management with any E-commerce business.
  • Any Management training would be added as an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Preferably, hold a training in any online sales industry.
Salary & Benefits
  • £50,000.00 - £56,000 per year, depending on experience.

Employment Details
