An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a market-leading Direct Mail company at a time of continued growth and investment. This role offers true national coverage and flexibility on location, making it ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives on autonomy and enjoys developing new business across diverse markets.

In this position, you will be responsible for winning new clients and expanding the company’s presence with brands, agencies and organisations that value data-led, results-driven direct mail campaigns. You will take a consultative approach, working closely with marketing decision-makers to understand their objectives and demonstrate how targeted direct mail can deliver measurable engagement and ROI. From prospecting and pitch through to campaign planning and close, you will own the full sales process with the support of an experienced production, data and fulfilment team.

The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of direct mail or multichannel marketing, with the ability to articulate the power of personalised, highly targeted communications.
