About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to lead our referrals and partnerships strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our childrens residential and educational services.

Location

Willenhall (with travel across the East Midlands West Midlands & North West Hybrid working)

Salary

Up to 50000 DOE

Contract

Full-time Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive business development and referrals strategy
  • Build strengthen and manage relationships with local authorities commissioners and external partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region
  • Analyse market trends and referral data to inform strategic planning
  • Represent the organisation at meetings networking events and sector forums
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective placement processes and service delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development referrals or placements within childrens social care or education
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of local authority commissioning processes
