What you'll be getting stuck into as a Business Development Manager

• Building employer relationships across Birmingham and surrounding areas through proactive sales activity.
• Matching apprentices to suitable vacancies and coordinating interview arrangements.
• Managing key accounts with a single-point-of-contact approach to maintain strong relationships.
• Preparing learners for interviews and employment, ensuring they're set up for success.
• Overseeing compliance paperwork to ensure all documentation is completed before start dates.
• Monitoring apprentice-employer relationships to ensure a strong, ongoing fit.

What you'll bring to the table as a Business Development Manager
