The Business Development Manager will have full ownership of the Cake P&L worth c.£13m Net Sales.

The hard working UK Sales Team at pladis employs approximately 150 people across functions including account management, category management and customer marketing. The Team coordinates the delivery of the commercial budgets across the UK, split into three channels: Grocery; Convenience & Impulse; and Discounters.
Working Pattern: Chiswick Park -> Fully Remote. Employees are not expected in the office on any specific days, but Chiswick is their contractual place of work, and they’re required to self‑travel into the office for meetings whenever vital, but that there are no set days of each week that they’re encouraged to be in by default.
